Giusti - 2 Gold Medals Italian Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - Cubica Balsamic Vinegar – Created in Modena, this balsamic vinegar is made with the must of cooked grapes and wine vinegar, offering a complex and rich flavor profile. Versatile – 2 Gold Medals, Il Classico, is well-balanced between sweet and sour, with overtones of mature fruits, licorice, and black pepper, making it an excellent pairing for fish, white meats, cheese, and seafood. IGP Certified – This balsamic vinegar is certified by the vintners of Modena and Reggio Emilia, and is named after the 2 Gold Medals earned at International Fairs in the 19th century. Historical Design – The bottle features the first label, designed in the early 1900s to showcase the numerous awards earned, and comes in the classic Cubica (cube-style) bottle.
